Meet the Instructor

Lisette is a classically trained goldsmith and the founder of Atelier Keyser. She studied at the Vakschool Schoonhoven and later graduated in Product Design from the Willem de Kooning Academy.

Over time, she was introduced to the world of lampworking, a technique she continues to explore with curiosity and dedication. Fascinated by the material and its possibilities, Lisette focuses on finding ways to integrate glass and metal into cohesive, contemporary jewellery pieces, continuously developing her skills and refining her craft.

What you get
A guided workshop where you’ll be introduced to the basics of lampworking and create your own small glass trinket.

Level: Open to all – no experience needed

During this workshop, you will learn how to shape molten glass into a unique, personal object. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll explore the material and create one or several small trinkets.

At the end of the session, you have two options:
You can take your piece home the same evening,
or choose to have it kiln-annealed for extra strength and durability.
Kiln-annealed pieces can be collected at a later moment.

Working with glass is both precise and playful, and this workshop is designed to be accessible for everyone—whether you’re curious about the craft or simply looking for a creative evening.

The small group setting encourages a relaxed, informal atmosphere with plenty of personal guidance. Tools are shared, creating a natural rhythm and collaborative energy within the group.

This workshop is the starting point for further exploration. In a follow-up session, you can transform your trinket into a necklace, bag charm, or other wearable object in the course wild charm.
