Meet the Instructor

Lisette is a traditionally trained goldsmith and founder of Atelier Keyser. She studied at Vakschool Schoonhoven and later completed Product Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy. Wax is a core material in her practice and remains an ongoing source of exploration and experimentation due to its endless and wide applications.

What you get A guided workshop where you’ll experiment with different waxes and tools, and create your own ring in solid 925 sterling silver.

Level: Open to all – no experience needed

During this workshop, you will design and sculpt your own ring in wax. Your model(s) will be collected at the end of the day and send out for casting using the lost wax technique. A few weeks later, you can collect your solid silver ring, finished to your preference.

Working with wax is for everyone, whether you’re interested in diving deeper into the craft or simply looking to enjoy a creative afternoon.

The workshop encourages play, experimentation, and discovery. You may bring your own inspirations and trinkets. You’ll work with a wide range of wax tools and get an introduction to techniques at the goldsmith’s bench.
